Okon Lagos justifies his earlier video on Abuja women rape by police

Nollywood actor Ime Bishop popularly known as Okon Lagos is currently getting the sticks after he reacted to the Abuja women rape by officers of the police.

The comic act in a previous video, downplayed the complains of rape by arrested commercial s3x workers by police personnel in Abuja. In his video the actor said it was more of a case of theft than rape.

Following heavy backlash from the public, Okon Lagos has made a new video to explain himself while maintaining his previous stand.

According to the actor he said he is not in support of rape but only taking another angle at the situation which is theft.

“It’s terrible when we give a dog a bad name in order to hang it. Who justifies rape? Obviously not me. I think lots of people have problems with hearing and comprehension. Listen well again to the video I made. I never defended the animals that raped the girls. I only tried to open up another perspective to the crime they committed and that is robbery which attracts in most cases, instant death penalty by jungle justice while also condemning commercial sex hawking! Hear, Listen, Understand or shut up!!!”, he wrote.
